Resto Vito would like to introduce you to the local, Apulian cuisine. Apulia (Puglia) is located in Southeast Italy. The cuisine of Puglia is based on products that occur naturally and can be grown there. These are mainly grains, olives (olive oil), grapes (wine), seafood, fruit and many types of vegetables.

Vito Centomani, from Monopoli, has 25 years of experience as a Chef. His creative kitchen makes every dish a unique experience. The presentation of his dishes has been his signature for many years. His recipes have their origin in the "cucina povera". It means using what the sea and the earth has to offer and cooking with fresh, local and seasonal products.
