The chefs welcome you in Fort Napoleon and put you to work immediately. Armed with a chef’s hat and apron, you discuss the menu, divide the tasks and set to work. All participants are divided into three groups or more who will each take care of a complete BBQ dinner. Some suggestions: prawn, grilled fish, chicken skewer, … ! Needless to say this is a programme with a high “bon-vivant” level!
