This teambuilding focuses on 'building' part of the team dynamics.

Via various assignments (with the metaphor of the 'circus' that runs like a red thread through this teambuilding ), we examine team dynamics, decision-making, mutual communication, etc.
We also trigger the team to regularly reflect on the performance delivered during the various assignments and thus arrive at interesting insights. We make the link between the observed 'circus states' and the functioning on the work floor, and we make concrete agreements to work on this further.
